Welcome

We are very proud of our arts programs within the school, particularly our music program. With a fully equipped music room, students from grades 4-8 are able to participate in instrumental music. 

Our music teacher, Mme. Chesson has also run a drumline, which participated in the Bowmanville Santa Claus Parade, as well as the Newcastle Santa Claus Parade. We also have a student band. 

Here at Duke, we also have had a primary and junior choir this year. Each group has been able to perform for our families. Our junior choir had an extra special performance singing O Canada at an Oshawa Generals game.
